Staging costs vary per agreed upon recommendations.
Furniture and accessories available in my own inventory are at no cost with signed listing agreement and marketing program. Modification costs to a home (per an agreed listing and marketing) plan such as: painting, counter top replacement or landscaping, shall be paid for by the owner of the property. Each individual evaluation will provide "options" for consumer affordibility.
