This is a thumbprint of Fresno County. Of course, some cities in Fresno county did better than others however, overall, you can see the strength of the market and upward climb since 2014.
Mortgage rates have stayed very low, inventory has depleted a bit and demand has slowly increased which makes property prices strengthen, and in most cases, values go up. This is not a dramatic incline but for three years now the market is consistent with the local improvement of jobs, infill of affordability and previous homeowners getting back into the home purchase market. This should mirror or be stronger next year unless something unforseen happens.
